Weighing Cost and Readiness: The Role of Perceived Cost in Shaping Blockchain Adoption Intentions and the Determinants of Bitcoin Adoption in the Digital Era

ahmad fadil fadilfamiliy, najwa sausan fakhriyah, itci rusti

In the past few years, blockchain technology has increasingly drawn the interest of many organizations, largely due to its potential to improve data security, transparency, and operational efficiency in managing transactions. Despite these advantages, the rate at which organizations—especially in developing countries like Indonesia—adopt blockchain remains slow. One major consideration influencing adoption is the organization's level of preparedness, often referred to as organizational readiness. This encompasses the availability of resources, the strength of technological infrastructure, and the support from management to embrace change. This research seeks to explore how organizational readiness correlates with an organization's intention to implement blockchain technology. By applying a quantitative research method using survey instruments, the study found that organizations demonstrating higher levels of readiness were more inclined to adopt blockchain systems. The outcomes provide valuable guidance for institutions aiming to undergo a sustainable digital shift, underlining the importance of evaluating internal capabilities before embracing innovative technologies.

The Effect of Entrepreneurship Education and_Perception on Individual Satisfaction in Entrepreneurship

Kevin Herdian Romdhoni, Marshella Auliana Geovani A.S

This research investigates how entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial perception impact learner satisfaction levels, employing a quantitative design. A structured survey instrument was administered to respondents selected through a random sampling method to ensure representativeness. The analytical approach utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), a technique suitable for assessing intricate models and accommodating data that do not adhere to multivariate normality assumptions. In the measurement model, construct reliability and validity were evaluated using indicators such as Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Convergent and discriminant validity were also examined to confirm that each indicator accurately reflects its intended construct. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education significantly influences both entrepreneurial perception and satisfaction. Furthermore, entrepreneurial perception acts as a mediating variable, strengthening the connection between educational experience and satisfaction outcomes. This suggests that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education is enhanced when it also cultivates positive views of entrepreneurship. The study highlights the importance of incorporating experiential and perception-based elements within entrepreneurship curricula to maximize learner satisfaction. These insights contribute to the development of more adaptive and effective entrepreneurship education frameworks, particularly in settings focused on nurturing entrepreneurial skills and well-being.

Multiple Regression Analisys of Self Regulated Learning, Epistemological Belief, English Ability

mazaya tari karamina ariska

Introduction ; This study aims to explore the relationship between Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), epistemological beliefs, and English language proficiency. SRL plays an important role in determining the effectiveness of a person's learning strategies, including how they manage their time, motivation, and monitor their academic progress. Meanwhile, epistemological beliefs reflect a person's beliefs about the nature of knowledge and the learning process, which can affect how they understand and internalize English language materials. Method ; This study involved 246 students from campuses in Indonesia who participated in research on the relationship between English language proficiency, epistemological beliefs, and SRL. Data were collected through questionnaires related to the learning process and epistemological beliefs, as well as the self-regulated learning strategies they applied. Factor analysis showed a significant pattern of relationships between SRL, epistemological beliefs, and English language proficiency. The results found that individuals with high levels of self-regulation tend to have better English language proficiency, especially in language comprehension and production. Results ; In addition, participants with more developed self-regulated learning—such as an understanding that knowledge is complex and can develop—showed a more effective learning approach, which ultimately improved English language skills. Multivariate analysis confirmed a strong relationship between the study variables, with results showing that SRL had a positive contribution to English language skills, while epistemological beliefs helped shape participants' mindsets towards language learning. Discussion and Conclusion ; Thus, this study contributes to the development of more effective learning methods in academic contexts. The findings confirm that approaches that support Self-Regulated Learning and English ability can improve English language skills, making it important for educators to design learning strategies that encourage self-regulation and understanding of English ability in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

The Influence of Mental Health and Peer Support on Students’ Self-Efficacy in Learning

Vina Duwi Anugrah

Abstract: Students are vulnerable to mental disorders that have a negative impact on their academic achievement, so they need self-efficacy to overcome this. Mental health as a belief in one's abilities in achieving goals and peer support as a belief in God that directs someone to behave positively have an important role in increasing self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between mental health and peer support with student self-efficacy. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SMARTPLS assistance. The sample in this study was 240 people with an accidental sampling technique. The criteria are students. The instrument uses a mental health scale, a peer support scale and a self-efficacy scale developed by the researcher, data collection is carried out with the help of a google form via whatsapp and using a QR code directly. The results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between mental health and peer support on student self-efficacy, the independent variables simultaneously contributed 59.9% to the dependent variable. The partial hypothesis of the mental health variable shows a significant relationship to self-efficacy with a regression coefficient value of 0.956 and the peer support variable also shows a significant relationship to self-efficacy with a regression coefficient value of 0.499.
