Abstract
Abstract This study aims to measure the critical thinking ability instrument of elementary school students. This study involved students from high grades (grades 4, 5, and 6) in several schools in Cirebon City, Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that critical thinking skills can improve problem solving skills in daily life in the school and home environment and a deeper understanding of the material. The findings highlight the importance of critical thinking skills to encourage exploration of new ideas, testing assumptions, and seeking different approaches in completing tasks or projects.
