Abstract
This study investigated the relationship between efficacy, fatigue, and support
during learning among primary school students. Using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance
(MANOVA) as an extension of ANOVA, this study aims to determine the influence of
perceived support on the level of efficacy and student fatigue. Data was collected from 240
elementary school students by filling out questionnaires using a validated psychological
scale. MANOVA's results revealed that support during learning significantly affected fatigue
but had a limited effect on efficacy. These findings highlight the importance of providing
support that is able to reduce fatigue and improve students' psychological well-being. This
study offers insights for educators and policymakers to develop effective interventions in
the school setting.
