Abstract
This study aims to measure personality factors, family environment, and school conditions on students' learning process with a focus on learning. These three aspects are considered as important variables that interact with each other and contribute to improving student motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with an instrument in the form of a likert scale questionnaire which is distributed to students in elementary school. The results of the study show that students' personalities, such as a sense of responsibility, independence, and a spirit of learning, have a significant contribution in increasing learning effectiveness. Family factors, including parental support and a learning atmosphere at home, have also been shown to have a positive effect. Meanwhile, school aspects such as teacher attention, availability of facilities and comfort of the learning environment provide important structural support in the learning process. These findings confirm the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of learning where strategies between internal and external factors of students need to be optimally managed.
The study method involved 240 students in primary school and used personality, family and school instruments.
