Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies carried out by elementary school teachers in carrying out different learning in order to adjust to the differences in student learning styles, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. This approach is very important in creating a learning process that is more inclusive and able to respond to various learning needs of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and analysis of learning documents. The results of the study showed that teachers conducted diagnostic assessments, grouped students according to their learning styles, and prepared various materials and evaluations. Despite challenges such as limited time and resources, teachers continue to demonstrate commitment and innovation in designing meaningful learning experiences. Implementing differentiation strategies can improve student engagement, material comprehension, and create a more inclusive classroom atmosphere. This research also contributes to the development of student-centered learning practices in primary education environments in Indonesia.
